Booked in a car for a tracking and small repair.Nine days later I drop the car off. An hour or so later the branch phones me to let me know that the parts I told them ,on the 5th March. that the car would need were not available anywhere until the 14th.When I collected the car the manager explained that he'd tried TWO parts suppliers - and gave me back my key. TWO suppliers.No offer to book it in the next day or any apology for my wasted time.Will NOT be using these clowns again!!

2nd year I?ve taken my car here for MOT, and I will not be going anywhere else. Friendly approach, nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to go through any results and never charge for anything unecessary. Finally a garage I can trust and have faith in, for someone who gets very anxious about this type of stuff this is so important. Would strongly recommend and have been telling everyone about this gem of a garage.

Been using this garage for a while now and today was the best service from them ever. Clutch, bearing, drive shaft and ABS sensor for a LOT less than I was expecting. The staff are always great too.

Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone. Been taking my car here for a couple of years now and the staff are always friendly and professional. They keep any old part of the car that has been replaced so they can show you which parts they've renewed and why. I really appreciate that they do this because I'm not mechanically minded at all.

Excellent service at Croxdale Durham Fast Fit, if you run a classic or modern classic with solid wheel centres it is increasingly hard to find garages with the adapters to balance the wheels but Croxdale have them and can book you in, would highly recommend ?

Son and daughter in law had the rear section of exhaust come off their car a 2015 1.2 Renault clio obviously needed fixed asap, I priced up parts one back silencer section and one rear hangar! It came to £75! I advised them to use Croxdale as I had heard a few good things and I didn't have the time to replace it myself, Croxdale quoted £213!!! So I could get the parts for £75 so a labour charge of £138 for a 30 minute job (and that's being generous) I'm assuming Vat was on top also! I'm sorry but that is appallingneedless to say I won't be making any further recommendations.Services: General repairs & maintenance
