After months (if not years!) of a bathroom that leaked into our kitchen, I had really started to lose hope that it was ever going to stop. That was until I met Alex from Diversa-tile. After one visit, he immediately identified our issue and he has repaired it in such a short space of time (3.5 days!). The bathroom now looks absolutely fantastic and the leak is gone!I could not be happier with Alex?s work. Having someone in your home to do work is challenging and can be awkward, especially when working from home as I am currently. Alex was so considerate, made me feel completely at ease and was so friendly.You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and everything he has done for us has been done perfectly and with so much precision. He made sure I knew what was going on throughout the duration of the work being completed and I was updated every step of the way. Quality service through out. Alex came to tile our en-suite bathroom and did an excellent job. Also gave some sound advice on some plumbing issues I was having. Will certainty be using his services for our Kitchen Renovations.
