First time visiting this cafe today & we will definitely be back when nearby again. Clearly a lot of customers are regulars, but we did not feel uncomfortable at all. Very down to earth cafe & staff, who were friendly, which is what we liked. Benches also very bouncy & comfy.
We had 3 meals, a steak baguette & 2 different types of toasties, which were all lovely, but the added bonus was homemade chips, which were cooked perfectly. We also had a mug of coffee & 2 mugs of really good tea, all for a really good price. I recommend anyone giving this cafe a try.

I love going hear as it is cheep as every thing as gone up in price. The only downside to the cafe is it shuts at 3 wich is quite early but still grate foodVegetarian options: Veggie miburger.

Breakfast was reheated frozen food that tasted rancid, black pudding wasn't cooked and hash brown was frozen in the middle definitely do not recommend the mega breakfast. The bacon was tough and chewy definitely reheated and the toast was burnt. The only edible thing on the plate was beans and eggs.

I can't believe the positive reviews here. Deep fried over cooked sausage of dubious provenance, bacon was ok, small egg, brown bread with a fry up not for me especially when it had barely seen the toaster. Asked for fresh tomato instead of tinned and it was served uncooked, seriously? All served with a generous helping of oil. Ok, it was cheap but even so....I think the worst thing was the dirty premesis, if I'd gone to the loo before I'd ordered I would've walked out. The doors to the toilet were so bad I didn't want to open them. The entry way to the kitchen was filthy, I wonder what the actual kitchen's like? the tables were greasy looking too. As you might guess I won't be back, it must be the worst breakfast I've ever had.
