The whole package was 5*, the way Ben took the booking, the way the guys delivered the tub with 60 minutes notice, it was set up professionally , the information was clear, and we had the best week ever!!! it was like being on holiday for a week, but at our home, will 100% be hiring again very soon, thank you party time hot tub and bar hire.

Absolutely disgusting business to deal with. Booked a hot tub months ago for my son's 21st birthday party at the end of July. Got in touch a few weeks ago and and then again yesterday to confirm the booking, only to be spoken to with such disrespect and bad attitude. They didn't know what I was talking about, then they eventually found the booking. I was enquiring about delivery times, I was told that they weren't DHL and I would have to wait In all day.Their whole attitude on the phone was disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't go near these people again. I cancelled the order as I was extremely disappointed with their service. I wasn't going to put any trust in them actually turning up and delivering a hot tub. I have rebooked instead with a very reputable and professional firm.I won't be using this shoddy business ever again.

i am extremely happy with the service i was provided. Installers bent over backwards for us and provided a friendly and efficient delivery! Would definitely hire again!
