Waited a week for my prescription to be delivered phoned 4 times a different excuse every time the last time I phoned spoke to the manager what a very rude woman needless to say both my wife and myself have changed pharmacy

I Went and picked my prescription up and asked if there was 3 items and they said yes when I came to put them in my pill box I found out they had given me a man?s prescription from Laurel court this is totally unacceptable and dangerous (not only to me but to him as I had his tablets)when I returned them it felt as though they were accusing me of all ready receiving my own tablets as the lady couldn?t find them she eventually found them and apologised.This is not the first time they have got my tablets wrong never had someone else?s before usually some are missing.I will definitely be changing to a different chemist after many years of been with this one as I don?t have any confidence in them anymore.I really don?t like complaining but I really thought this was necessary and I urge everyone to check your prescription before you leave this chemist.

Get my script wrong most months. Says get it done and when we go to collect, never ready. Some staff are friendly long dark-haired lady very helpful a young lass totally an airhead. Tells you anything just to get off the phone. Lady who helps with script short hair and glasses. Not at all helpful looks like sucking on a wasp. A smile doesn't hurt anyone.and above all else, you're customer based front of counter. You never know you may feel better smiling instead of scouling. And even worse if your store closes and you are out of a job, if people stop using your chemist. Prices are in effect £2 higher for some bits. Certainly got a captive audience in pricing. £8 for optrex eye drops. Whereby tesco £5.....

I went there for a prescription referred by 111, as my wife ran out of medicine. The doctor there was very unhelpful, telling me they don't have enough information from 111, and was not willing to help; he even mocked me for shrugging my shoulders. He kept blaming me for having to order a prescription via 111, saying that 111 are useless. I called 111 again and they requested to talk to him personally. Eventually he asked them to refer my medicine to another pharmacy as they were about to close.This is not an appropriate treatment of customers, especially when they are going through a difficult time and need help.Although the ladies there tried to help, but this guy - Michael, was very argumentative and not someone to help a patient.I will never visit this pharmacy again.
