Took a duvet to be washed and dried, shop was closed but advertised as open, note on door said back at 2.15, it was 1.55, i had travelled to get there so waited, duvet was handed over was told it would be ready two days later, i returned and duvet had not been washed.....was told do not know when it will be done due to...

Local and convenient especially for those large loads or bulky items ,just had the winter quilts laundered, Happy with the service ?

They gave my duvet to someone else. Still trying to get them to accept responsibility and either get my duvet back or compensate me. Useless
