People with dogs being asked to leave a dog friendly store due to a staff member working there with a fear of dogs!Always shopping in trespass. Plus other stores. Due to hiking, trekking and mountaineering. Never had an issue with this store. Dog friendly.Today at 14:37 went in. Needed a whole new range from boots, fleeces, layers, jackets you name it the whole works.When I say dog friendly never felt like it today.Woman with dark hair asking myself and others with dogs to move elsewhere in store when trying to look at products that we need.Reason: the woman with blonde hair can?t work the shop floor as she has a fear of dogs.So everyone needs to move with their dogs other side for her to get around meaning stop what they are doing!The inconvenience of moving to other side shop and back to go back to same things to look again was absolutely appalling then move again.I said if she has a fear of dogs should she be working in a dog friendly store for hikers?In end I put what I had in hands back on the rails.Then asking myself and others to take dog out as wet? Clearly a raining day and all dogs a little wet going in but no marks or wetness on floor never been an issue with dogs on a rainy day in there before. I go once a week it was the excuse really to get people to leave with dogs due to the other worker freaking out(overdramatic) in front of us as she has a fear of dogs.So I left too wasn?t wasting my time of a grown adults behaviour to people with dogs.!!Spent a large amount of money between Regatta and Mountain warehouse!!If your sales are down a lot that?s probably the reason why.Once a week visits to this store won?t be happening anymore.Advice:Dog friendly store - difficult if staff have a fear of dogs. To go in with dogs as they want you out as worker can?t handle seeing the dogs.If staff have a fear of dogs; should they be working there in a dog friendly store where all us hikers come in for things with our dogs?If not you need to remove your dog friendly sign.Also check the cctv for all day today you will see it all.Appalled is the word after all them visits in there to see that happen to a lot with dogs and myself today.

I thought I'd seen every deceit in shops until I visited here. Price on rail, I assumed was for those items, wrong. It was only for the garment at the front (ES). My XL was nearly £10 dearer. We left and spent our money elsewhere. I gave them one star because they were open

If I could give a zero I would, returned a 2nd faulty jacket to the store which was 2 months old, refused an exchange or refund, manager attitude was absolutely disgusting and has no idea of her company policy, wanted to leave me without a winter coat when minus 4 outside, HOWEVER, I absolutely can't fault the customer service department at head office who sorted the issue quickly

Having bought Trespass DLX walking shoes in the past, I wanted to buy the same pair again. Unfortunately, they didn?t have my size in the store. The two members of staff were excellent. They suggested I buy them from Trespass online, checked that they were in stock, and organised it so that I received a 20% discount. The shoes were delivered within 3 working days, with no charge for the delivery. Result!
