Attended seaham spec saver for our check up. All the staff were very kind, friendly and supportive. The glasses are reasonably priced, and they have some fantastic offers on. I Would highly recommend this store.

Finally got an appointment. Drove an hour to get there on time to be sat in a waiting room for twenty mins. If I was twenty mins late they would have turned me away. Ten o?clock appointment ment I was the second person to be seen for hearing test. Disrespectful lazy people just having no thought of others precious time. Rubbish service raging ??

Never again; I will be going back on my 5th visit to hopefully collect my glasses and never return.
Low chairs; staff are very busy being busy. The member of staff serving me was curt, cold, and oblivious to my needs.
If you are looking for a caring, helpful, co-operative, considerate, empathetic environment that makes you feel like a valued customer, then go elsewhere.
If, however, you want speedy, professional, repetitive, quick-fix remedial service, then this is your place. From the lined carpet to the font on the walls, this place produces optical distress that services a quick fix turnaround.
