Stayed here for my wife's birthday and one of the best hotels I've started in.We were in room 21 on the 2nd floor which is by itself. Views over the sea and down onto the vortex fountain.We used the spa facilities and even gave the outside heater infinity pool a go.Head for in the Asian restaurant and very nice and very filling.Room 21 was huge, with a story king size bed. Amost Fabulous peaceful pace .the food is wonderful .We used the the spar but only to swim this time .the pool is warm and inviting .highly recommend this beautiful place xxxRooms: Very comfortable bedsWater presurewas great in the bathroom .fab

Went as a mother's day present for twilight Spa. Was brill would definitely do it again . Very chilled and relaxing all areas are clean . Staff friendly and helpful . Food amazing . Would definitely return .

This is a very special place. Understandably expensive. It was a special birthday for me ( I was told by my family) and our overnight stay came as a complete surprise on the day! It's not an experience we could repeat in a hurry but all the more appreciated for that. It's a magnificent building and beautifully kept. The rooms are large and well presented. We found the huge beds so comfortable. Coffee and tea making facilities and light snacks in the room. We had full use of the spa and pool before a cracking evening meal. There were six of us staying and we all enjoyed the food hugely. The staff were all both so friendly and helpful and we must give a special mention to Nigel. Everyone was lovely and so busy. Nigel has a position which allows him to spend those extra minutes interacting with the guests and ensuring they get those important little extra touches and he does it so well and with obvious pleasure. The attention to detail demonstrated by everyone in their customer service really is the icing on a lovely cake.

Stayed here again for the second time. It is a fantastic place, a real treat to visit. Everything is excellent and the service is outstanding and friendly. Lots of really nice thoughtful touches make for a great stay. Highly recommended!Rooms: We stayed in an Executive Suite which was huge and gorgeous.

Amazing magical place. Slight issue with room but was dealt with excellently; therfore, full stars deserved. Rooms are beautiful boutique designs, spa is heavenly and the staff are fantastic ? Will book again soon.Food & drinks: We ate in the Ozone restaurant which is very relaxed and you can stay in your robes to eat. Food was amazing. Chef knows how to tantalise your taste buds. ?

Payment taken for spa day but nobody answers the phone to actually take a booking! Called 25 times this week and still no returned call. Credit card company will now be involved. Not impressed in the slightest. Even called the main hotel booking lines to get automated voicemail- have they gone bust????

Myself and friends went for afternoon tea at Seaham Hall. It was a lovely setting and the staff were attentive and friendly. The afternoon tea was tasty with decent sized portions (not as large as the South Causey Inn for reference). The cakes were particularly nice.
