Cant swing a cat down the back aisle where the home items and sofa's are due to being too cramped people trying to navigate pushchairs and pensioners on electric chariots mowing everyone down trying to get in total mess not tidy at all.

There are many outlet stores that are amazing, well laid out and you get some genuine good deals on last seasons items. This shop is not one of them. This place is like the jumble sale from hell but without the cheap prices - clothes packed so tightly on rails you can't get to them, rails packed so close together it's difficult to get past people, 'made for outlet' substandard and fast fashion making up 80% of the shops actual stock and overpriced... and don't even go near the shoe area, just a large standalone shelving space with shoes thrown everywhere and piled high.

Slim lady with short hair and glasses was so rude on our visit today. She pushed me and my daughter out of the way when looking at furniture saying it had sold, we were just looking! We then picked up a rug that had 2 price stickers on and I was going n the way to the till to ask which price was correct and she approached me and literally took it out of my hands saying it was sold and rudely insinuated that I had put the cheaper sticker on it. THE WORST customer service I have encountered in some years and being a retail manager myself I would be absolutely horrified if my colleagues treated customers like this.
