Absolutely disgusting customer service the female Who answered my call on the desk is rude ignorant and does not care about any patients who walk through the door I?ve had a problem on going for 3 years and I am absolutely no further. Never mind the fact that they?ve repeatedly lied to me over and over again . The place should be closed down absolutely clueless, they don?t care about no patients at all and the second you disagree with them they terminate the call absolutely disgusting customer service

Don't take the fact you are working into consideration, demanding you attend for tests or reviews to the point where you are forced to take unpaid time off work.When you phone you can't get an appointment when you are off.With their rules and attitude they seem to forget they are there to service the public not vise versa.Update: Won't issue tablets until I have a review. Never have appointments when I am off. Just tried 38 times to ring them, spending almost an hour listening to their rubbish then getting diverted to full mail box.How the hell are you supposed to sort stuff out when you can't get in touch.

Doctor miss mustafa blames everything onto covid for the reason she won't see anyone even though all the other doctors do, I think it's about time she got the boot, as I had to take my wife to hospital in the end to get sorted
