Amazing ice cream, we shared one of their bigger sundaes and it was more than enough Ice cream for the two of us with plenty of cream and strawberries to go with it, and very friendly staff as well.

It was a great experience they are currently changing it up a bit so it is often closed to decorate and build stuff inside other than that the ice cream tastes great I got chocolate and mint, it was delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who goes to sea-ham. Sea-ham is a lovely place to be and if you sit on the grass in the park by the Tommy statue then it is a really great experience. This is the second time I have been to sea-ham and I?ve went both times the first time I went they weren?t renovating it and was open all the time. Hope they finish the work on it so it can go back to normal.

Delicious ice cream at a great price! We tried a triple cone with chocolate, rum and cherry as well as a double cone with clotted cream and caramel scoops. There were so many cones, toppings and sauces to choose from. Other food and drink was available, including burgers, fries and hotdogs. We paid around £12 for 5 scoops and a drink.

Awesome sundae's and worth every penny. A previous reviewer mentioned a strange smell, and we could smell it too. It's a cross between sour milk and disinfectant, but it didn't put us off. Might be worth a deep clean to see if it can be removed though.

The shop said it was open on the door so we headed in and saw they were cleaning the floor so knew it was near closing time. Me and my mam were looking at the flavor of ice cream and a rude member of staff took all the flavour labels out so we didn't know any of the flavours which is not very professional, the last label she took out was lemon curd so we both ordered this flavour as we didn't have a clue which any of the others were there was about 4 members of staff having a conversation behind the till and didn't give me and my mam any acknowledgement at all this is also unprofessional. Then we did ask for the flavour she still carried on her conversation. Then she went we want cash but can take card staff still talking to each other I asked her 3 times how much it was i was ignored.
We ordered lemon curd with white chocolate sauce and one in sherbet cone and the other chocolate cone, upon tasting them it didn't even taste of lemon more vanilla and very plain no flavour. Will never recommend to anyone.

Really disappointed with our visit today. Two sundaes didn't have the ice cream in stock (no cherry for the cherry sundae and no pistachio for the nuts about nuts sundae) and you would expect it to be well stocked during the easter holidays.
The banana splits were supposed to come with wafers, sauce and cherry but they were just a banana with ice cream. Waffle was tough and stale.
Very disappointing for the cost.

Ice cream was very high quality and delicious however atmosphere inside was a little dingy and there was an odd smell in the air. Otherwise a very good ice cream parlour.

Great way to end our day out. The staff were very accommodating and warm. My partner is coeliac and they were very helpful and went above and beyond to help them feel safe. Would recommend and if we are ever back in Seaham we will be coming back for some snacks.

Place is absolutely fabulous with wide selection of ice-cream and sauces. I highly recommend the salted caramel with toffee sauce and sprinkles. Best ice-cream place in seaham.

My son and I really enjoyed our visit here.Staff are lovely and nothings a bother.we both had the vegetarian hot dog which was excellent value,and came with salad,onion rings and fries or sweet potato fries.The decor was also great.love the theme and the music.Definitely worth a visit.

I really love this place. The young people serving do a great job - very pleasant. We went for the double scoop ice creams and they were out of this world. The shop seems to rotate the flavours on a daily or weekly basis, so it really keeps it fresh. I was in luck because they had the rum and raisin and pistachio for my double scoop which is surely the holy grail? It was just wonderful. My wife went for the double honeycomb and she said it was lovely too (I can neither confirm nor deny I also had a taste of her ice cream too?) I am a regular and sometimes, during the inclement weather, I sit in to have my ice cream. The booths are great and has an old school feel. It could do with some love and care to spruce it up, but it is unbeatable and great value for money. Make sure to pay in cash because as a small business, they do say they pay a fortune for contactless or card !
