Big thank you to the staff at Byron Place Seaham. Picked up the wrong purse and didn?t have a penny to pay (just my driving license) for breakfast. The staff were great and gave me my order. I will drop the cash soon. Thanks for being so understanding and the sandwich and coffee were, as always, lovely xx

Having used Greggs on numerous occasions throughout the North East and received exceptional Customer Service throughout, it?s extremely disappointing to state the service provided at the Seaham Harbour ( Byron Place ) branch provides probably the worst service I?ve ever encountered.
From the Manageress and one in particular Sales Assistant their ethos appears to be create a problem rather than solve a problem.
Rude, impolite and unable to adopt a common sense approach. Hopefully Greggs can provide a Training Course which emphasises the point No Customer?s means No Jobs !!!

Went for breakfast, got told wait for bacon was 10 minutes, fair enough, paid and went in a shop while we waited, when we came back for the sandwiches we had ALREADY PAID FOR got told there was no sausage. No money back and when we got to the car they put egg in ALL the sandwiches when there was one who didn?t want egg so it didn?t get eaten. Complete waste of money and time.

We bought 2 cornbeef pasties & 1 cheese pasties not very nice cornbeef was all potatoe.. cheese tasted awful been a while since we had them be even a while longer before we have Greg's again poor customer service
