“Absolutely amazing service from Gemma at Karan Flowers. I was given some gorgeous flowers at the weekend by my partner and got in touch tonight about a query I had. Gemma responded immediately, gave some really good advice on how to look after my flowers/ how to make them last longer and unexpectedly also apologised for any inconvenience (there was absolutely no apology needed or any inconvenience) and even agreed to replace the whole bunch even though there was only a query with two flowers, and also agreed to deliver them (because I have Covid and not able to leave the house yet) because she felt it was not up to their standards!
