Firstly, having only two staff members on a busy Saturday is completely inadequate. Secondly, I was disappointed to overhear staff complaining about me after I left the shop. This happened because one staff member wasn?t listening when I pointed out that there were five identical items to scan. Please ensure your team remains professional and attentive to customers.

A good store but small and always seems to be a queue at the tills and why I usually shop at places that have self check outs.

It's a smaller sized store.Often has ques at the tills but they do open a second till usually when there is a qué.Parking is in a car park shared with other stores.Staff seem polite.

Once a shop for frozen foods and food stuffs, now a place to buy a hairdryer or powertool with you frozen chips (which is clearly waht everyone puts in a weekly basket now a days)!!Hmm, well what can be said - disparity in pricing between stores, 12 pack pot noodles in Yorkshire £8.50 in County Durham £9.99Used to have 'good' loyalty coupons which were previoulsy £2.50 (off £25), £5 (off £50), £10 (off £100) - so around 10% they then went down to £2 off £25, £5 off £60, and £9 off £100.AND NOW they have taken the lowest coupon off no longer is there a £2 coupon. So much for giving back to its customers. Spend more get less (and less and less off)!So stuff is 'reasonably' priced but could be got elsewhere at better deals, if Farmfood are going to now get all the end of line powertools, hairdryers, and cooking equipment - maybe go for a license to sell alcohol too?Ideally I would have prefered a 2.5 star rating but had to round it down. If you want people to keep coming back, give them a good reason too!

Good frozen food centre with fresh food also. Good choice of products at competitive prices. Always seems to be just 1 till on so end up standing quite a while to be served.

We went here expecting it to be cheap but as we started shopping just 13 items came to £31. The prices didn't seem like a good deal so we left and went to Morrisons. The Farmfoods shop is smaller than expected.
