Never properly staffed. When the staff do turn up to serve you they give the impression you are a complete inconvenience to them. Staff are miserable and seem very stressed. Not a pleasant experience and this is 4th time same. Not going back.

Get more staff working at the store. ie one or two at the till, a couple to stock take and replenish stock up etc...
Every time I visit, there's always one poor co op employee working to do everything. I'm always waiting at the tills to be served.

The place is never fully staffed or runs smoothly, only one person working there every time I visit to grab something. Always in a queue or waits for so long to be served because there's one member of staff doing everything for a minimum wages.

The shop is closed right now it is 10pm and I sent someone to the shop for tabs they gave them the wrong tabs I went to change the tabs they told me to leave cause they locked up.
