Terrible pharmacy. They texted an 80 year old housebound lady who is in severe pain when she walks that they will NOT deliver her prescription because there is only 1 item ! How do they get away with this, with this sort of service they'll be another empty shop in Peterlee town centre very soon.

Have changed pharmacy , l do not like my medication shouted out loud for the whole chemist to hear , the young lady on the front counter needs to learn a little discretion

I phoned to see if my prescription was ready for collection to be spoken to in a rude manner. The staff member said in a bad tone of voice I don't have the time for this do you wanna come do my job. Are you coming in at 2 or not. This is all because I asked if my prescription was ready for collection and she said yes then I asked what had been sent over and she said oh I was looking at the wrong person and I didn't have a prescription so I asked if she could look on the spine and it was there . I don't want to go for my prescription if it is not there this is why I called to then be spoke to the way I did .
