Ordered a nice ethnic belt there. Delivery was pretty quick, the belt is exactly as I know it...But: There were a few scratches on the buckle ? You can hardly ever see a belt, but a new, freshly ordered branded product with a scratch?! There are no small scratches either, but the paint has really been "scratched off" in some places. For a new item at this price it's absurd, but I don't have the time or desire to exchange a belt from abroad... It's a shame, I probably won't be ordering anything there again.

Emma B and Emma @ Urban Surfer could not have been more helpful. Had a mix up with PayPal payment which Emma B promptly looked into. Item re-ordered and delivery due either next day or following. So refreshing to be able to deal with the company directly rather than through chat bots, or slow email replies. Thanks for your help, Emma C (far to many Emma's in this review!)

Ordered last week. Paid extra for delivery and still yet to receive an email of any delivery date. Ordered due to change of rules last week and said in stock. No customer service. Nothing. Disgusting really as people don?t have the money to just chuck about for them to keep hold of it with no contact
