This is a very high standard store and was lovely to shop in!
The store itself is immaculately clean and tidy, free from clutter and easy to navigate around. (The same cannot be said of neighbouring towns!).
I needed help for a product and I was greeted by a lovely worker (young girl on 21/02/2025), who politely helped me and seemed very knowledgeable about the products, offering me choice.
Overall a very pleasant experience and if I was in town again I would definitely revisit!
The sale rails were tidy and neatly stocked too! (Again, a rarity!).

Staff not interested in helping clients making a purchase. I guess they don't think older people should be buying trainers? Or maybe they just lack ambition? I doubt that I'll go back.

Large store with lots of discounted stock. Fitted elderly neighbour with appropriate clothing for gym.ASICS black on black £89.99 very reasonable.

Was totally disappointed asked a question about a trainer to member of staff. He replied all we have is out, then walked away . So I left the store.

This shop has an issue with children playing with footballs. One employee in particular with the bald head and glasses really has a stinking attitude towards children.
