Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the service we received yesterday from Ryan, duty manager. His help and advise meant we were able to carry out a plumbing job that we would have normally been too afraid to tackle. His customer service is outstanding, a real rarity these days. It has given us the confidence to tackle some other outstanding jobs. We'll definitely be back for more DIY items. Screwfix has an absolute diamond in Ryan. Well done!!!

There are amazing people in this world and the duty manager of the Peterlee branch is one of them.I have zero knowledge about plumbing and as its hard to find availability of a plumber I had to try myself. The duty manager in that day (unfortunately cant remember his name) patiently explained what equipment I need and how to use it.Wonderful service provided.
