We used RFC for carpets in bedrooms and vinyl in bathrooms. Great selection in the showroom and friendly service. The whole process from measuring up appointment to ordering and fitting was easy and all completed on schedule. We?re really pleased with the quality of the finish. Thanks!

Had my full house done with carpet/ laminate. Same day quote and quick to come out and fit even with awkward changes on my end! Very reasonably priced too! Brilliant job would 100% recommend .

Asked RFC if they could take a look at some poorly fitted carpets in our that another company had fitted (we didn't want them back in our house, long story).They came out the next day arriving promptly and politely and made quick work of tightening the previously poorly fitted carpets up. When I asked how much it would cost he said he wouldn't charge anything, very nice fitter would definitely use again.

We contacted your services as we had problems with a carpet company who had fitted our house. (long story)Your professionalism on the phone and in the house was outstanding, it was refreshing. As mention before we had experienced shocking treatment & services from the company we had used originally.You came out the next day and fixed the problem we had, you did not want paying for your time so I hope this review can act as a payment in some way.I would come to you again in the future when I plan to redecorate the house. I can?t thank you enough for your kindness and help when I was feeling at a low.I will certainly recommend your business & services to family and friends.

Raised a concern regarding the fitting and was basically told that neither RFC or the fitters could be held responsible if they had missed something during fitting that resulted in damage at a later point.Kitchen lino fitted over stones/objects which resulted in several holes and the entire piece now needing replacement. RFC's response 'we are not a cleaning service'.Will not use again !!

Totally awesome fitters & service I've had my carpets & lamented floors done plus Lino , I've got to say with 5 Star service too . Will never go anywhere else . So if your looking you best start booking because you won't be disappointed
