Update: I have received a letter with a bar code to take to the post office and scan to apologise for how rude Julie was when she served me here a few weeks ago. After investigating the complaints department agreed she rude and offensive and rightly so.
If I could give zero stars I would. Never ever had a problem at this post office until recently where a member of staff was extremely rude. I would avoid

Peterlee Post Office gives the local
Community every support needed for all manor of Government Services. I.e. Car Tax etc .
The Staff there are always unfailing helpful and polite.
