If you are looking to buy in the Peterlee area, you need to call Laura at Pattinsons. She displays a level of professionalism beyond anything else I have encountered in numerous contacts with other agencies in the area. Polite, pleasant, constant updates, always ready to deal with problems and present solutions. Iain in the auction department was also very helpful and solved problems quickly, efficiently. I realise this sounds a bit gushing but most agents just want their commission and these people actually care!

Worst estate agents I've come across,slow to pick up the phone,when you email regarding a property to purchase they never reply,as recently as last Thursday I messaged about a house in Hartlepool and heard nothing,three times this has happened on three different properties,so what I will now do is contact the vendors and tell them what's going on.

My wife, and I have recently bought a house in Peterlee, into which we intend to move a little later this year. We viewed it, first, last summer, through Pattinson's in Peterlee, where our consultant was the excellent and professional Natalie Harbord. They say that house purchase often ranks with divorce as one of the most stressful experiences of life. In our view, this house purchase comparison is a foul and contemptible lie - if the house purchase is being conducted under the calm, competent, professional care of Natalie Harbord, of Pattinson Estate Agents Peterlee branch.

Claire Raine was great and she deserves 5 stars. Where Pattison let the process down was their choice of solicitors for the seller which slowed the whole process down. I think Pattisons should have a vetting system to ensure poor performing solicitors are dropped.
