Had a mot booked in. Prior to going to the mot we had our local garage check brakes on the front, they said will be absolutely fine. Last mot had 2 brand new tyres on car. Took our car it failed on pads on front and all tyres advisory. Wanted a crazy amount to do the work so took to a different garage. Re paid for a mot and passed, Pads aren?t even an advisory all 4 tyres are also not advisory. Good job we didn?t pay the money they wanted!

Been a satisfied customer for two years and have always found the staff polite and helpful. Just had my MOT done which required work to the car. They phoned me prior to the work outlining the cost and what needed to be done. Their prices are lower than Halford and Kwik Fit and they rang me when the car was ready for collection. Thanks again guys, be back next year.

Had two tyres fitted here around 6 weeks ago on my wife's car, customer service was poor. Mot is due and the car needed new brake pads prior to the test. I went to change the brakes and the garage had used an impact driver on the two front wheels so tight that they had rounded all of the wheel nuts off and hadn't mentioned a thing. Managed to get them all off with a breaker bar except from one which was so damaged it sheered when trying to remove it. Ended up having to drill the stood out to remove the wheel, resulting in needing a new hub which has just cost me £150 from another garage. Certainly wouldn't use this garage again.Service: Tires

Tried to charge me for faults that do not exist.Took my car for a check and for an MOT; they advised a "pre MOT check" in case it doesn't pass as it is an old car which I agreed with. Their advice was it would not pass MOT as it needs parking brake repairs, suspension pads change, and wiper change.I was not convinced with their opinion and took it somewhere else for an actual MOT, and guess what? It PASSED! No issues at all.I will not be going there ever again.

Needed a RAC approved garage to carry out work through my extended warranty, phoned to book my car mentioning the issue (airbag light) booked me in for the next day but when I turned up the gentleman on the reception said that they don?t do anything with airbags and when I mentioned that the person making the booking was the informed of the problem he just said ?hm strange?Waste of time
