Rob from mkm peterlee designed my kitchen , I had no problems what so ever , I was looking at the reviews and notice a review from a Mrs Hilder, this kitchen was fitted over 7 years ago ,it looks like water damage, and it's filthy, rob from mkm gives a 1st class service like all the staff at mkm

My experience with MKM peterlee while buying a kitchen from kitchen ther kitchen designer RobI spend over £3200 been phoning leaving messages emailing photos of which it was reported about units as coming awayTo be promised to be replaced that never cameFobbed off , lack of customer care false promisesSo thought I?d give my honest feedback to youI?ve sent emails with photos which Rob asked no reply ?.,If I knew they weren?t there for customers I would of took my money else wereWas a lot of money for a single mother who needs a kitchen fit for purposeI feel that if they have ignored me one thing they will do is READ THIS .Took me a while as I really wanted issues sorted but sadly it?s come to thisThey have happy faces taking your money but read up on terms & conditions firstNOT a leg to stand on ! sadlyThanks Rob for nothing really because you should put your clients first priority it?s not just out getting your sales & targetsWell enough saidIf your looking for great customer care - stop & go elsewhere

Both times I've ordered bulk deliveries from this branch and both times the office staff and the delivery drivers have been fantastic! The second delivery got delivered in a difficult spot (no one was home to advise on placement) and after a quick phonecall, a driver pulled up within 10 minutes and got 2 bulk bags moved. Couldn't have offered better service if they tried.

Been dealing with the Peterlee branch for several years, but especially lately during a landscaping project over the summer(2022).
The service and delivery has always been first class, and prices very competitive against all rivals. The quality of all the products have been excellent in particular the top soil and turf.
Nothing is too much trouble for all staff who we have found very pleasant and amenable, from the staff at the desk to the delivery drivers.
We highly recommend them as there is a personable and a professional approach within this branch, and no job is too big or small.

Very helpful people at the desks and some very good prices. Delivery times were very efficient and the staff offered phonecalls prior to delivery since the goods were coming to my workplace.Good selection of gravels and very knowledgeable staff about the products

I strongly recommend MKM for all your building and wood services.They are a great set of employees and I got all the advice and help to get all my wood home.They put all my wood in a van and followed my car home as I could not get it into my car.One lad who had just started with the company deserves a mention as he was so pleased to help.Look after him as he is just what you need to get more business.I will not be going all the way to Hartlepool for wood in future.Well done MKM.j

Not sure about price. Rang MKM Peterlee about price off wood, quoted price over phone. Went to Peterlee branch, paid £32 less than quoted on phone, why?Then two days letter I had to go back for some more. To cut a long story short I was told that the wood. I paid £1.47 a length before, was now priced at £2.99. a length. More than double. I was very confused.The reason I was given was if I buy in bulk it was cheaper. Ok I understand. But for the same wood maxwells was cheaper, but didn?t have any.I then went to the Durham store. I was charged £18.40 for 10 lengths of 100 mm x 16mm x 1.8mPeterlee branch wanted to charge me £29.99 for the same but!!!!!!!!!! 1.2 m lengths. Doesn?t make sense to me, same company, but totally different prices. I would surest therefore, don?t go to Peterlee branch, go to Durham
