Lovely staff.Womens only gym section.Large range of equipment throughout the gym.The sauna and showers are really nice too ?

Ditto to the other reviewer Tom.Owner doesn't realise how many people have left due to him,the gym itself is decent and well kept, the sauna and steam room is hardly ever on.I asked for nutritional help from the owner before as I was a beginner and instead of pointing me to a personal trainer which could of benefitted his income he just shrugged and said google it.Then the end for me was during covid not honouring my membership and my friends and instead I just wanted a simple membership with no sauna and steamroom as they were never on, he insisted that only the highest price was available with sauna and steam room, which made no sense..well totally really he wants and extra 5 quid on every membership.He wasn't willing to compromise and we said are you sure you can't honour our membership, he said no so we walked and never came back, now that 40-50 a month he's not getting. I know countless people not wanting to come here for him alone.Rule number 1 never let a potential customer walk without trying to secure a sale, but he couldn't care less.

Horrendous owner who has lost multiple members over the years due to the way he talks to people and expects to get away with it. The sauna is never on and when it is it is only just warm never hot cos he doesn?t want to pay the bill for it. Steam room hasn?t worked for years and the water machine was broken for 8 months cos he couldn?t be bothered to repair it. Also there?s a hot tub upstairs that?s sat empty for years. There are better gyms in the area that are ran by decent people. Direct debit contract ties you in for 6 months. Definitely better gyms in the area.

A complete gym with something for everyone! The gym is split in sections depending on what type of training you're doing, and the studio is a perfect spot if you just want an extra space to train in, which most gyms don't have nowadays. Whatever you want to do, there's something for you at The Fitness Factory!

I joined this gym after my partner recommended it to me. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and joining was super easy. I?ve never felt so comfortable in a gym like the fitness factory and I highly recommend it. There is an amazing range of equipment and enough for everyone.

Hi people of the North east I joined fittness factory 20 weeks ago and I must say I have been to many gyms and I am very impressed with the setup the staff are good people any amounts of machines and free weights cardio and fitness room and sauna room is decent could do with selling protein but the gym is very clean and respectfully people that use it come and see for your self's
