I recently had a disappointing experience at this shop. I part-exchanged my Apple Pencil 2 for the newer Pro, hoping it would work on both of my iPads. However, upon investigation, I discovered that I needed the pencil 2 for my older iPad. When I returned to ask if I could cancel the sale, I was informed that it was not possible, which was disappointing, especially since I had hoped they would have product knowledge and be able to advise me. I?ve bought a few items from here before and had hoped it could be a regular supplier for my business.

Honestly low ball you took my s21 ultra 1 week old in stated 220 trade in on website offered 160 I asked why to the answer wasn't I'm a Samsung box it didn't come in a Samsung box. It came in a white box with labels and barcode.
