Decent shop all round with mostly helpful staff, however I was given a lot of lip when I asked a staff member called Abi S (I forget the rest) where the sanitary products were. Otherwise, my shopping experience is usually pleasant.

Want to give a shout out to the delivery driver Colin for being really amazing! I'm disabled and my partner was running late from work, he usually carries the shopping in as i struggle to bend down on bad pain days. I asked Colin if he would mind carrying the shopping in for me and he did it with no complaints and it was super helpful as I would have really struggled on my own and was anxious about answering the door because of this.

Been coming here on work calls only. very busy store, with wide range of products - food (including pet food/toys) to clothing. Has a cafe upstairs too. Parking on "roof," or underneath with travelator up/down

This place has gone down hill massively over the last couple of years. Quality has decreased, service is terrible, mainly due to staff shortages I suspect. Shelves aren't stocked, prices are crazy and out of date stuff left on the shelves. Shopping there is utter chaos

Petrol prices are extortionate, when compared with other Asda petrol stations in the region it is at least 5p per litre more than you would pay elsewhere

It has message to say the travelator is not for pushchairs and wheelchairs, you have to use lift, but it doesn't tell you where to find it

Went in today (on mobility scooter) and woman on till put food on counter way out of my reach then just sat there while I struggled and held queue up) usually helpful in there. Then got home and realised I'd picked a £4 curry up with a date of 01/08 being the 04/08 today
