A great shop for ordering online with plenty of free parking ( 3 hrs ) at ASDA car park.A very helpful lady who helped with my collection after going to the one in Passfield Way.

Simple ordering process online to collect at the store.
Been in a couple of times for a variety of items and never had an issue with a speedy collection. I find the online process simpler to order than going down to the store to order, it seems to be much quicker than it used to be!
Staff are polite. I've even returned an item and that was a relatively easy process, made simple by the staff member.
Parking right to the side of the store too, so if you're collecting a big item it's not too far to load to your car.
Overall a good experience and a nice little store.

Visited Argos Peterlee to buy stuff for my niece. Picked four items from the catalog and only one was in stock. Don?t advertise it if you ain?t got in stock!!

Awful attitude from employees, would not take curtains even though they were folded correctly and made a scene of this. Were told ?they are not a packaging service? although the curtains were in the bag folded????

Argos used to be in general slightly cheaper for products than other high street stores but not any longer I recently bought a heated blanket from them and I have just found it's £5 cheaper in Asda and comparing other items they are more expensive also.So I will not be buying anything else from Argos in future.
