Chips a mushy mess. Wrong sauce sent, told 1 hour wait for sauce to arrive. Food was awful and couldn't even mask it with sauce as they'd sent to wrong one ?

Absolute disgrace, ive always loved this place, swore by it, but past 3 times have been a nightmare, mushy chips replaced by black chips, meat greasy and cold, chicken wrap like sticks. Defo won't be going again

Pizzas usually very nice until they decide they don't like me and send either plasticy pizza, a pizza with hair in it or thin crust for some reason? This is like 3 out of maybe 20 times though.
The chicken burger and cheeseburgers are very very nice all the time
The chips are dead, the cajun fries are a bit crap too because they do season it but it's uneven and some aren't seasoned because they don't shake it
Try it but it MIGHT be rubbish sometimes

Everytime we order, whether online or over phone, something is missing from order or totally incorrect! Ring & complain, ask for item to be sent and it never arrives! Same again tonight, been waiting for 45 mins so far for a pitta bread! Asked for no onion in wrap, had to sit and pick it out. Ridiculous, they never get it right.

Always order from here, handed my food to a kid in the street, no pop and the pizza my dogs wouldn?t even eat it.. never had any issues in the last 6 years.. don?t know what?s happening

Absolutely diabolical. Arrived earlier than requested. 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. All completely inedible. The cheese was solid. Obviously previously cooked then reheated. It had congealed into a solid lump. Rang to complain and request a refund and was refused. 30 quid down drain and pizzas in bin.
