Tried many times to cancel my appointment no one answering the phone eventually got through only to be told my file has been blocked due to missed appointments which is very strange as iv had one missed appointment on two occasions I had a call to inform me they had to cancel my appointment due to Mr Basra was going to a funeral,another was he wasn?t well I really can?t get my head around it feel that iv been treated unfairly I will be taking it further. On the other hand maybe for the best as I feel there?s something untoward going on had the same procedure done twice for a palate which never happened when I first had it made .

Today marks a week since I?ve had an emergency dental appointment for my back tooth taken out. I?ve got nothing nice to say as the woman that took my tooth out didn?t have a clue about pain and telling me to be quiet when I was in a lot of pain. I did not have any antiseptic mouth wash in my mouth before or after I had the tooth removed I?ve been in a lot of pain since to say it was to ?get me out of pain? would never go here again the dental nurse was so unprofessional and rude towards me. Don?t use this dentist for an emergency appointment, I sure will not be going back really disappointed.

Had an emergency appointment today for my little girl and they were absolutely amazing with her! Even when she was crying they took their time and calmed her down! Couldn?t thank them enough

Would highly recommend. I had severe toothache and was seen to very quickly. The dentist talked through the issue with me and got the problem sorted making sure I understood everything she was doing and what was going on. All of the staff were lovely, especially Kate.

Tina at reception has been absolutely brilliant. She was extremely helpful when I needed emergency treatment and other dentist have sent me away without any advice. Tina has went out of her way to book me an appointment very quickly and then helped to explain what to do next! Will be using this dental practice regularly from now on!

The dentist is Eastern European and I found it very difficult to converse with her. She was replacing a filling in my back tooth and was drilling so hard that she split my tooth completely in 2. Also the fillings she had replaced earlier have gaps in them through which I can feel my tooth.I did not return to her as I've never before had a problem with a dentist and I've always gone every 6 months since I was 3, I'm now 64. AVOID WOODHAM DENTAL PRACTICE AT ALL COST

Always been a bit worried when going to dentist and this place helped me conquer my fears. Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!! I would Highley recommend woodham dental surgery for everyone did a perfect job with me and my children.

The dentist and receptionist are very professional and lovely people. However, the dental assistant on the other hand... I've never met someone so rude and sour faced. If you don't wanna be there then don't be ???? brings down the whole experience which would be fantastic if she was a little nicer! Not difficult really

This is my dentist of choice. I've seen a few different dentists (at other surgeries in the North East) over the years. I decided to come here after being underwhelmed at my local dental surgery.On my first visit to Woodham Dental Surgery, Dr. Basra was friendly and helped me relax immediately. He took X-rays, took me through everything I needed to know about my dental health and explained everything he was doing. He also offered helpful advice on how to look after my teeth.I have had checkups and fillings here and they've been to the highest standard I could imagine. I can't imagine anyone looks forward to a filling, but I wouldn't choose to go elsewhere.All the staff here have been very friendly. This establishment is clean, modern and is easily accessible from the large car park just behind the building.

Apparently an NHS dental surgery, which currently does?nt have a dentist! Been waiting 6 months for a regular appointment, with still no avail. I?d give it no stars if could. The place is a joke.
