I am a customer of long standing, and I am always satisfied with the efficiency and professionalism of all the staff in Newton Aycliffe. The Varifocal lenses that I have are excellent, and the 2 for 1 offer means I can have a pair of everyday glasses as well as a pair of prescription sunglasses for driving.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to the staff, specifically Lisa, who made me feel so welcomed and comfortable to breastfeed my 3 month old when visiting on 15th March. When a gentleman sat next to me (who was also very kind), they offered a private room I could go in. Thank you!

Dealt with a very friendly member of staff, she sorted out all the things needed and took me to the waiting area I needed to be at, she then sorted out the order for my new pair of glasses.She was also the same person I saw when I collected them a week later, was very quick but not pushy. Provides me all the information etc that I needed.Only reason it's not 5 stars is the optician running behind, but don't think I have ever been in on time at any Specsavers.
