Went for afternoon tea. Menu showed 4 sandwiches and we got 3. No explanation. Menu showed 4 cakes, we got 3. No explanation. The table that arrived after us got the full menu. £21 pp for basic bread and basic ham is overpriced.

Great hotel, staff are so helpful and really friendly. Spa facilities are excellent, will be back soon definitely worth a visit
