Ordered something for delivery the next day before 10.30am and paid £23 for the delivery as I needed it that day. It never arrived and when I rang to ask where it was they said they hadn't even received it from their warehouse yet, let alone sent it to me. Obviously they didn't feel like it was important to let me know this and would rather I sat around waiting for something they knew wasn't going to turn up. Awful service and won't ever use again.

Wouldn't recommend at all!Ordered something from them 5 days later they sent a refund, so I rang them spoke to someone that didn't really care wouldn't do anything apart from apologise say I order from a decent company and it came the next day don't waste your time with power tool world

the sttrimmer arrived .all looked OK.when using it we realised that the electric cable was NOT 10 metres long! More than annoying as we had to buy a garden use extension cable at almost the same cost ast the strimmer!! buyers beware!

In my opinion, they're dealing with refurbished tools. Had a tool sent to me repackaged in a non-dewalt box filled with packing peanuts, with scratches all over the tool and what appeared to be dried paint under the handle. They refunded but can do without the hassle, especially as other online retailers do same price, are brand new and come in original box
