Arrived at 8am. Stupid worker spilled oil everywhere. Had to wait 30 min to recieve food and other people before us waited even longer. At 8:40 the people still hadn't received their food despite waiting even longer than us. Need to hire competent workers who don't spill oil everywhere!

Watch your prices. Just ordered a double sausage and egg muffin meal at £4.54, upgraded to a large latte for an extra £0.50. Final receipt £6.19. How does that work?. Spoke to manager about it.
