Went in on Sunday as I was visiting a friend in Aycliffe, I was surprised to find a bakery in store, I bought cheeseburger, this was amazing just the right amount of cheese and plenty of sauce options as well, will definitely be popping in here again when I?m in the area and the lady who served me Hayley was lovely and I even signed up to a more card

A good selection of food on offer. A lager selection of sweets. The staff are normally very friendly and welcoming.

Most of staff are lovely but is two off them who are bothered by u coming to this shop and interapting then chatting with each ,is sad two employees make me don't wonna come back

Lad behind the counter quite rude on personal phone call. when I asked for carrier bag just blatently ignored me causing me to juggle shopping to my car and drop several items.

I've just moved to the area and called @ 21:56 as I desperately needed nappies. The door was locked and the 2 female staff members walked past the door and shook their heads at me. I pointed up at the clock which said 9:56 \\u0026 my watch and raised my arms in despair, they both just walked off. I will never use this shop again, I'll drive somewhere further away ?

Called in to send 6 parcels with Evri, from the Neville Parade store in Newton Aycliffe, I was greeted with a very pleasant welcome from Angie the lady at the counter. I was in quite a while to process all my parcels and during that time I could not help but notice how welcoming, helpful and efficient she was. I think you have an absolute diamond employee in Angie, please pass on my regards, thank you.

Really bad customer service. Bought a bottle of orange juice for myself and some apple juice for my daughter. The cashier did not say morning or hello or even tell me the price. Paid contact less then didn't get a thank you or a good bye. Literally zero out of ten for customer service. She was more bothered about a conversation taking place with another employee who was talking to her friend. Won't be returning!!
