Thomas was nice and helpful to my girlfriend as she had a problem with her tyre pressures and even though it was chucking it down with rain he sorted them immediately and was very nice about it

Wanted to thank team of KF, especially Thomas that went extra mile to align wheels in my car after hitting pot hole. He was very thorough in inspection, and did extra job to loosen seized bolts to get alignment right and get me back on road! Than you Thomas

Every time I come to this branch I have issues. I attended recently. I got sent away on a lease vehicle. As there kept giving me excuses. I rang Thornaby branch. There booked me in straight away no issues and where night and day service to newton aycliffe branch.

We had a flat tyre on Saturday on a rental car, while driving on the motorway. Despite the workshop being full, Thomas made a plan to help us. We were able to pick up the car within less than 24h and make our flight home. Thank you for your help!

I was on a long trip home to South Wales from north Northumbria when I started to have problems with loud banging under my car. I was really fortunate to go to Kwik Fit Newton Aycliffe (open all day Saturday!) where Morgan and Thomas sorted out the problem within an hour and got me back on the road again. They were really professional, explained everything to me clearly, and were generally kind and decent. A credit to the business, and the KwikFit brand. Thank you so much!
