Since moving to new shop there is hardly any freezers. More like normal shop. No wonder not many people in. Don't think this shop will remain open long before it closes down. Sadly I won't be a returning customer anymore

Been here to shop quite a few times. Its one of the best places on the town for reasonable prices as well as has a good amount of food to choose from.Every time i visit this store i always have gotten great service. Will give a shout out and thanks to Lisa who has served me a few times and always has made me feel welcome in visiting the store.

I'm not happy with the one at newton Aycliffe at 8.45 this morning I was shopping in your store the woman stocking bread on shelves had no consideration for customers every time I went to one side of her to get a loaf of bread she cut in front of me so I couldn't get to it she also placed trolley in front of other side I just walked away in the end after waiting 5 minutes for her to move she knew I wanted to get to the bread but she was only interested no one would get in her way.. not happy the way staff treat pensioners
