Staff are totally disinterested, doing anything to help you is too much effort. Never been to a place like it.

Customer service is disgraceful, my sister who is 16, needed to open an account so we brought the letters needed and the man told us they couldn't be used. We went back with the others letters he asked for and he told us they couldn't be used either. We have been their 5 times bringing the letters he asked for and told us the letters can not be used as evidence.

No counter service lost my card and needed to get home but lost my card and couldn't get money so had to walk 6 miles home, staff could of least if been polite instead I got a interigation as to why I was in the town then when I asked if there was anyway they could help or advise was just sharply said no then as I started crying as didn't know what to do and I'm disabled she just raised her eyebrow at me then turned her back to me. Deffinetly a case of changing banks after heartless actions of staff

I can't see any problems with the machine only, cash in and cash out. The staff are still there to help, you can still open an account, close accounts and do all the things you could before, but the staff are not sat behind a counter as before. It has a very updated modern feel, and less intimidating for people that don't like banks. The machines are easy to use, the staff are friendly and ready to help.. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
