Been a number of times now, last time was great, just after the new owners took it back.
Tonight we were 1st in at 5.30pm table of 4. Waited over an hour for mains, no one came and said there was a problem. When ordering the waiter kept going to answer the phone.
When we paid I said it was very slow service tonight, she said we are a driver down! what's that got to do with us sitting at a table? No apologies from either of the servers.
Clearly they are putting phone orders first, so we won't be back.

Would definitely recommend, we went last minute as a family of 7 in total (4 children) my youngest took a liking to the main front of house Gracie who was absolutely amazing with her! Customer service was second to none and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. Gracie is a credit to the restaurant and the food was amazing too for the price (we did the Sunday-Thursday special). 5 stars from us

Ordered food. It smelt and tasted very strange. Called up and was told they wouldn't do anything about it so a £35 order was chucked in the bin
