Food fine, delivery woman was rude. Parked in a hotel across the road and didn?t want to walk over to bring it to our door, said she ?has to go to darlington you know? Said bye and hung up on us, Proceeded to drive to another corner and we ended up getting the delivery out of the car.

I should note that the food tastes nice. The staff here are helpful and standards are quite high. However when you try and use a gift voucher when someone has chosen Dominos as a quality establishment it does nothing but make you feel insulted.
For a business model that is based on pricing an order through 4 different ways of deals to then say you cannot use a gift voucher on any of them - it's insulting. To force you to pay full price.
£20 gift voucher
Pizza deal price - £12
Full menu price - £22
Once you add sides in and dips you nigh on end up having to pay over top of the gift voucher about the price what you'd pay on the deal.
It's an absolute joke and once I told the person who got us the gift it upset them and it's an absolute scam.
Not Newton Aycliffe Dominos fault however it's the business and I'll never visit another again. I'd rather starve.

First time I've used domino's pizza and will be the last . Ordered a pizza and chips , food just say warm not many chips and pizza topping well ..... there wasn't much of that .

Standard Domino's pizza, same as every other Domino's in terms of taste etc. Never really had to wait too long, usually just order at home and by the time I go to collect, it's ready. Domino's will never get 5 stars though, purely due to the price point. We do like their pizzas, but restrict ourselves to only once every few months as a treat.

Thought I would have a late night pizza and dominos got my order wrong, they were not interested in solving the issue. So think I will use one of the many other pizza shops in future, bye Dominos you have lost another customer.

Ordered online for pickup for half price pizza, we had ordered, collected and we're back home within 20 minutes. Food straight out of there oven so was still perfectly hot when we got home.
