“Staff are always helpful and friendly and there is always plenty of parking. They have an obsession for slicing bread so if you want a loaf that's not sliced. I suggest looking elsewhere.”
“Small shop with a small selection but it is local and that's important. Nobody expects a huge selection in a smaller supermarket. Prices sometimes a little higher than larger Sainsbury's which I think is unfair and unnecessary.”

“A lovely little shop in a really nice location. The area is quiet and so parking is easy.
The lady in the shop was lovely, kind, polite, friendly, helpful and patient (i was talking on my phone).
I'm not from the area but I'm tempted to go back when the weather improves.”
“It stocks the basics. But it is very tight. And not greatly lit. But it does the job. Can be a little pricy, but there's nothing else around without a bit of a journey. You are not allowed prams in the shop. And if you are disabled it would be a task getting in for starters. There's a big heavy door at the front. However, staff are very polite and always chatting.”

“Went in on Sunday as I was visiting a friend in Aycliffe, I was surprised to find a bakery in store, I bought cheeseburger, this was amazing just the right amount of cheese and plenty of sauce options as well, will definitely be popping in here again when I’m in the area and the lady who served me Hayley was lovely and I even signed up to a more card”
