Been shopping here for about a year nowStaff usually friendly but yesterday was totally differentMy daughter who has a disability hidden picked up a purse out the basket tag saying 2 pound cashier said 8 pound and even ask someone else and point blank said 8 pounds I said look its say 2 pounds but rather rudely wasn't having none of it

I've shopped here for years..went in today..£15 for a pair of used kids boots ..absolutely disgusting..3.50 for a baby dress..won't be returning..Chilton charity unit are far lower prices..even some of the staff have said the prices are 10 x higher..and many customers don't go in anymore..people are struggling and they are charging shop sale prices..I'm actually speechless

I used to really like this charity shop, staff were friendly, prices were very good and you could get some right bargains! But the last few times I've been in the staff have completely ignored customers at the till to finish their conversation to other staff members about how "Our John's dog needs an operation" and clearly wasnt happy to be interupted to serve a customer ? Today was probably my last visit, the prices have gone right up...£20 for a jacket?? £8 for a pair of very worn shoes?? I don't think I'll be returning sadly.

Staff are very friendly and willing to help but only downside now is the prices of things i know its for charity but whoever does the pricing need to realise its 2nd hand used goods not new. These sort of high prices will only alienate customers which is a bad thing for the charity . It was a good cheap shop until whoever does the pricing now got in very disappointed customer.
