1st time and last time, I waited and waited whilst lady texted n giggled, fair enough no harm done, then proceeded to text again, totally ignoring us, even my daughter commented on way out, how rude she was, no thankyou nothing and as I got to doors she was bk texting again, everyone texts but not whilst ur working

Went to buy a product which turned out to be wrongly underpriced when I got to the till. Told I couldn?t have it at that price, had to pay the higher price. Wasn?t happy really as they could of honoured it allowing the lower price it was labelled at. Manager quite rude about it too.
