I've just ordered from here the first time and I'm not impressed.
No flavour ,totally bland..
I wanted king prawn chow mein but what I've had delivered doesn't resemble king prawns..

Boxes we?ve had were lovely. Sent daughter free chopsticks & appetisers. Curry sauce is a bit spicy for kids have to get it separate

Save your money, the food is really awful, it's no taste to it other than grease! Prawn toast is over done, the duck is over done and not tasty it's got something white and hard in some of it. The BBQ sauce is really salty, paid £35.50 for grease and tasteless food.

Outstanding. I?m a proper food snob and I?ve never been satisfied with any Chinese delivery. I ordered the much mega box, you can actually taste all the flavours, nothing bland or all tasting the same. 100% I?ll be back again. Best Chinese takeaway around sunderland area

AVOID AT ALL COSTSFood was dropped on the ground by what I would say was a 12 year old boy who then proceeded to just walk away , shop was rang and got greeted with a load of attitude by staff in the end they said they would issue a refund and rightly so , rang up a few days later about the refund to then get told ? you?ve never Ordered from us before and hung up the phone even when they got told we have proof of order etc

absolutely awful service , ordered and waited 2 hours for our food. rang multiple times and was told it was on the way when it wasn?t. when it finally arrived the driver dropped our food out the bag (yes accidents happen) but he walked away saying it was not his fault. we then rang the shop to be told nobody could authorise a refund so they took a contact number. I then rang again today to be told they have never had a delivery to that address, to which i gave him the postcode and he then hung up on me. would not recommend.
