What an unpleasant store at Dalton Park. Couldn?t even buy anything as the staff couldn?t find a price. Never had an experience like it! One young girl trying to help whilst the other member of staff was pulling faces on the telephone . What a disgrace.

I went into the dalton park outlet to get my second free pair of earrings and the girl I dealt with was amazing. My ears unfortunately had got a little bit infected as she checked them for me but recommend certain earrings which would help and what I could do at home to make them heal properly. She went above and beyond for me and I can't thank her enough.

We visited today for my 7 year old to get her ears pierced. The girl who was on was amazing . She was on her own and the shop was so busy. But she was amazing ? she is a credit to Claire s . We will definitely be back

Booked online to get my daughters ears pierced, only to be told she couldn?t because the girl in the shop was working alone despite there been no customers in the shop. The girl?s attitude was appalling and really let the company down she works for. Went elsewhere now

Had what my daughter wanted but they were super slow and concentrated more on ear piercing rather than the several customers waiting at the till. Tbh there was only one member of staff in there though.
