Service relatively good from the friendly lady at the tills.Cake prices are extortionate but I guess they might be worth it we didn't try any.Ordered 2 hot chocolates but didn't realise cream and marshmallows was a surcharge.Tables aren't easy to navigate with a pram and lots of people taking up bigger tables than needed.Dietary restrictions: Free alternate milk options available.

Aargh! We must've stood for about half an hour to get served (and the queue was barely to the door, and the place half-busy). Sullen staff, who just stand there waiting for you to speak first. Couldn't even be bothered to put the coffee onto the saucer. £4.50 for a slice of lemon cake!!! £2.50 for a tiny little cookie!!? It's a shopping outlet on the A19, not Zurich Airport. The coffee was alright, I think, I was just in a right mood after the service. I like giving the more independent places a go, but I really wished I'd gone to one of the nearby coffee chains for a drink.
