Family Sunday lunch. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food, beef,lamb, pork and veggie tarts. Superb Yorkshires. We had all the desserts and they were devoured. Vanilla cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding were the stand outs. Service was really good despite the crowds here.

Very nice pub. Room was comfortable and meals were good. Breakfasts really good , nice choice and service very quick indeed. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout - made the stay all the more pleasant.
Good location for us, handy for the coast.
We would happily come back. Definitely recommended.

Only stayed for a coffee wasn't the best. Not dog friendly inside only outside. The outside area is nice for the nice weather

First visit this evening (28/07/25). Four of us had drinks and main courses. Excellent service and food were lovely. Prices are reasonable. We will return.

Had Sunday lunch here today with my family - 4 adults and 1child. The service was a little slow but the place was quite full. When the meals arrived I was very disappointed with the quantity of vegetables offered. One platter for all 5 of us which equated to one piece of broccoli each, 1&1/2 carrots each, just over 1 spoon full of mash and the same of cabbage. Luckily I had also asked for garden peas for the grand daughter (who doesn?t like mushy pease) as there was only one ramekin of mushy peas for everyone else. The waitress said IF we wanted more veg to just ask!!!! I don?t believe you should have to ask for more (felt like Oliver Twist) a Sunday lunch should come with enough veg to start with. Also there was only one spoon to serve all the veg. Have to say the only redeeming feature was the very large Yorkshire pudding!!!. Come on Three Horse Shoes you could do better.

The food is second to none and really well priced.
The place is always busy (but not too busy so you always get a table) most nights so it is never empty and awkward.
Real ales are kept well and mostly local.

Lovely little pub, nice clean and modern room, bathroom and little on small side but not an issue, fantastic food, sunday dinner was amazing as was breakfast
