Asked man at counter if I could check that all the pieces were in the box before I bought a board game, he was not happy and insisted he had checked them that very morning. I trusted he was being genuine and bought the game, it has pieces missing and is utterly useless, very disappointing treatment from a charity that relies so much on people's goodwill.

Lovely shop - very well managed. They have good stock and a good turnover of things. All the staff are very kind and pleasant. I buy from there and donate to them also. Always worth calling in!

Went there at 4:24 and doesn?t close till 4:30. Was told I ?had to be quick as they were ready to go home?. A lady was even turned away at the same time. Had two massive bags of toys and little kids things. Attitude was shocking

Fostered then adopted our wee Rosie, she was elderly when we got her and had health issues. Cath and Pauline couldn?t have been more supportive, they do a fantastic job and their passion for helping animals shines in every conversation. Unfortunately Rosie went to rainbow bridge and again these ladies gave us so much support.
They deserve a medal for their dedication.

Scammers! Three official campaigners (I saw their badges) turned up at my house screaming with laughter peering in my neighbour?s window and checking our garden saying ?check see if there is anything, quick!? I went to the door, they had IDs claiming they were collecting money but when I asked why they laughed and walked off, I waved and they said ?don?t you effing stick your fingers up at me you b-word?. I confronted them and they laughed at me and proceeded to my neighbour?s where they were asking for food. They were looking into the garden of my next door neighbor whom coincidentally opened their back door and they quickly moved away. The females were between 25-34 years (three of them) all white, overweight, around 5?8 with brunette hair scraped into a sloppy bun and two low pony tails. They were dressed in grey nursing-type outfits with RSPCA badges all over them. Watch out.Never ever give to this company. They hire thieves. I?m so glad I was at home or I might have lost valuables and was left extremely shaken by this incident.
