Never have I been in such a depressing chemist. Customer service is terrible and not a smile or welcome to be seen!
Service is not existent if you don't have a prescription, why sell things if there's no one there to take payment? I waited over 15 minutes being totally ignored whilst watching every member of staff make up prescriptions! What's the point?

This must be the worst pharmacy in the town,
They seem incapable of dealing with more than one person at a time and you end up waiting 15 minutes before speaking to someone, even when they can see 5 people waiting to be seen they continue stacking shelves, they than take 10 minutes searching for your prescription (which was send through 2 weeks ago) to realise they don't have it and would need to order it. Utterly useless and incompetent

Had a prescription sent by my gp surgery on the 21st of May still wasn't dispensed by the 29th I called in and told it was going to b another hour When I asked the pharmacist why its took so long she said sorry we've had a bit of a back log Does this pharmacist not know some people need there medication on time Whilst I was in the pharmacy at least 3 people were combining about there prescriptions not being ready to collect

Very unkept no stock on shelves and boxes of medication in boxes piled behind the counter .. stood there while 3 of them ignored me .. then the phone rang .. still ignored. I had to interupt their conversation with silly giggling still nobody served me. Horrible place

The place is a shambles. 5 staff, no one serving. Plastic crates behind the counter stacked 4 high with medication spilling onto the floor. Empty shelves everywhere and extention cables littering the floor, one of which i pushed under the lower shelf myself.

The people who work here are ignorant, they purposefully avoid eye contact to avoid serving you. All that is needed is to look up and say we?ll be with you in a moment. I will admit I only waited 5 minutes before I became irritated and left, my purchase wasn?t important important enough for me to interact with people who are actively ignoring their customers. I get it people are busy but a pleasant greeting and acknowledging a growing queue goes a long way.Customer service training is required at this location, although considering that hasn?t changed in the 5 years since I last entered this establishment that might be a losing battle.

Absolutely shocking every month I have to go for Pescription and every month told they need to order it in as no stock! Yet again rang yesterday and was told on phone my medication was ordered while I was on phone and if a problem they?d ring me ! Gone today and guess what!!! No medication in sight no phone call to say there was a problem!! The service is disgusting I currently have no medication left!

Useless, went to pick up my 85 year old mothers prescription only to be told the person who makes up the pack has been off all week, come back Monday was all I was told. Breaking news, some of us have jobs and simply coming back on another day when hopefully the person in the pharmacy is back is not good service. If your looking for a pharmacy, look elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could.
